How do you like to sleep at night? Do you find it easy to sleep at night with your bedroom light on or switched off?

When I was a kid, I can't sleep with light off because I'm afraid of being in the dark. Now, I can't sleep without a complete darkness.

Do you sleep with or without lights?

I need a noise on, so I usually leave the tv on with something on my media server playing, something I've heard a million times so I'm very familiar with and don't need to pay attention to. It helps me drift off for the extremely limited sleep I do get. So I suppose I have a bit of light on in the room by way of the tv.

I don’t sleep with the light on. I can’t sleep with a light on, but I do sleep with fans on.

I need a light in the background somewhere, because otherwise I wake up in the night and end up kicking things/falling over. So I usually turn the hallway light on and leave the bedroom door open slightly, just so that a bit of light guides me if I need to get up in the dark. :P

I sleep with a fully blown-lit room or at least one light on so I can see where I'm going when I get up. I dislike sleeping in pitch darkness.

I sleep with lights on. I am always a bit frustrated each time there is no light and I couldn't sleep well. I always want to sleep in a place where there is light.

I sleep with the lights on. So it’s not completely pitch pack but so I can still see if I need to get up and go use the bathroom, or get a drink.
