Neither? I think North Korea will inevitably collapse in on itself in time, but the problem will be reintegration. The two Koreas are now so far apart that finding any kind of meaningful way to bring the average North Korean person into the 'real' world is going to be a challenge. How do you show someone who has been trapped in a puppet state how to handle the real world? Yes, they have prop phones and fake internet now, at least the upper class do, but the average person doesn't have anything...how will they handle being exposed to life when they're so used to the cut off, sheltered existence they've been..."allowed" to live to this point?
