In your experience, is it better to face problems head on or do you those issues go away when you ignore them?

Depends on the problem.

If I feel like I can do something about it, I’ll face it, but if there is a very low chance for me to be able to fix whatever is going on or if it seems pointless at that specific moment, I’ll just walk away from it and/or ignore it the best I can. I just don’t want to make things more complicated than they are or have to be.

I know of some people who will invent a problem and get all worried about it to the point of making themselves sick, and the issue they are fretting over ISN'T a problem.

For example, a friend of ours is convinced there is a problem with their car. He's had it in to multiple shops, and at one point I even listened to it and drove it.

What he's hearing is a whine from the intake manifold. It's a small car, the intake ductwork is Right THERE and there isn't a lot of other stuff in the way to block the noise.

He's convinced the car is about to explode, and is talking about trading it in, even though they can't afford a new payment.
