What restaurant did you have a bad experience with?

What happened?
 
Last truly bad experience was an olive garden, I got food poisoning. Never going to another one.
 
Two months ago, I went to our local restaurant, my burger came completely raw in the middle.. When I told the server, they got really mean and wouldn't fix it. I won't go back there again.
