It's a good budget (to me, at least), when i reached 30k, i changed all the ignition system (the weather makes the spark plugs loose) and currently looking for a promo to change all 4 tires.
I'm a mechanic. But I'm curious what the reason is your spark plugs come loose? Never heard that before.

A spark plug would normally work around 6-7 months here.
ikr, checking the refrigeration system periodically ensures your engine's life here.. normal japanese cars break down here easily.
